Anna Louise Friel (born in London) is an English actor. First gaining fame for her role as Beth Jordache from the British soap drama Brookside, Anna rose to fame internationally after she was cast in Pushing Daisies on ABC. Anna was born in Rochdale as the daughter of Julie an instructor for special needs and Des Friel a former teacher of French and the owner of a company that designs websites.
